Our Story
Our friends call us Beth and Jamie (including you!) and we have been married for six years, together for nine and best friends for eleven. We met when we were young teenagers and communicated mainly via Spotify playlists we created for each other back when Spotify was completely free and iPods were at their prime - a few years and a family trip to Disneyland Paris later, we found ourselves crossing over the friend zone line and the rest is history.
Two years later, Jamie proposed in the rain at Robin Hoods Bay, Yorkshire and one year after that we were married in front of all the people we loved and partied by a beautiful lake in the peak district while our friends played live music and Jamie preformed a song he wrote just for Beth. Since then, we have moved house three times, obtained a pet bearded dragon named Fuji and travelled all over the world together.
Our story is precious to us and we have crafted our business around telling the stories of others through our photography and filmmaking.
Our Business
We crafted this business from the ground up, and with five years of experience and features with the likes of Rock My Wedding, You & Your Wedding Magazine, Whimsical Wonderland Weddings & The English Wedding Blog, we have created a business that is based around the values that mean the most to us - love, trust & authenticity. We founded this business from a desire to create unique, meaningful photographs and wedding films that did more than just tick a box, we wanted to give people an honest, beautiful representation their day, where every image and frame takes them back to the moment and helps them to relive the emotions they felt on the day of their wedding.
Who we are
A few things you should know about us - we are BIG dog lovers, we haven’t got our own puppy (yet!) but we love nothing more than to live vicariously through our couples and want to hear all about your dogs (or any other animal friends, for that matter!) If you bring your dog along to your shoot, or have them as a guest at your wedding you get some serious bonus points.
We also love travel and nature and, although we shoot all kinds of weddings, love weddings that take place in or near to nature, anywhere in the world! If you want images and a wedding film that incorporates the beautiful surroundings of your chosen venue then we are the ones for the job!
In our spare time, we can be found hosting friends and family at our home in Shropshire, gaming, hiking, cooking and caring for our growing jungle of plants. If we sound like your kind of people, let’s chat! We can’t wait to get to hear all about the things that YOU love!
